Effective October 30, 2026
By using InukMath you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can create an account
Accounts must be created by an adult (18 or older) — a parent, guardian or teacher — who is responsible for how children use the account.
2. Free use and memberships
Some lessons, questions, worksheets and games are free. A paid membership unlocks all content for the plan you choose; prices and what is included are shown on the Pricing page. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. If something is wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right.
3. Using our content
You may use lessons, questions and printed worksheets for your own children or your own classroom. You may not copy, resell, republish or share our content or account access publicly, or use automated tools to download it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security or payment parts of the site, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
5. Accuracy and independence
We work hard to keep every lesson and answer correct and aligned with the Ontario curriculum (see our Editorial Policy), but we cannot promise the site is free of errors. InukMath supports learning; it does not replace a teacher, and it is not affiliated with the Ontario Ministry of Education, EQAO or any school board.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, InukMath is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: our contact page.
