Now that we can spot and extend patterns, itβs time to learn how to write clear pattern rules! A good rule tells someone exactly how to get from one number (or shape) to the next. This is a very important algebra skill. Letβs practice writing excellent rules together! π
A pattern rule is a clear sentence that describes how the pattern changes.
