I'm Kashef and today we're learning how to find the Area of Triangles! The secret formula is Area = (Base × Height) ÷ 2. A triangle is always half of a rectangle with the same base and height. Ready to discover triangle areas? Let’s go! 🚀

🧠 The Area Formula

Area = (Base × Height) ÷ 2

Base = bottom side
Height = straight line from top point down to base

Example: Base = 10 cm, Height = 6 cm
Area = (10 × 6) ÷ 2 = 30 cm²

🎯 Let’s Find Triangle Areas!

1. A triangle has base 12 cm and height 8 cm. What is its area?

(12 × 8) ÷ 2 = 48 cm²

2. A right triangle has base 15 cm and height 10 cm. What is its area?

(15 × 10) ÷ 2 = 75 cm²

3. A triangle has area 60 cm² and base 12 cm. What is its height?

10 cm (because (12 × height) ÷ 2 = 60)
