β Mean (The Average)
Add up all the numbers and divide by how many there are.
Example: 8, 10, 12, 6
β Median (The Middle)
Put numbers in order and find the middle one.
Example: 3, 7, 8, 12, 15
β Mode (The Most Common)
The number that appears most often.
Example: 5, 7, 7, 9, 10
β Range (The Spread)
Biggest number minus smallest number.
Example: 12, 18, 22, 9
