The stem is the tens place. The leaves are the ones digits listed in order.

✍️ How to Make a Stem-and-Leaf Plot
- Write all numbers in order
- Choose the stem (tens digit)
- Write the leaves (ones digits) in order next to each stem
- Add a key: 2 | 3 = 23
